When will you get your tickets? If you are renewing your same seats and you're not ordering any specials, your tickets will be mailed to you within a week of receiving your order. If you have requested to be moved or have requested any specials, your order will be mailed to you in late August and early September.

Although it's not our venue, we have the exact same ticket printing machine and just as many tickets. ;)
Are you in a panic because you can't find your season ticket? Don't worry about a thing! As a season ticket holder we have a record of your season seats and can reprint your tickets at your request. Please give us a call ahead of time so we can have your tickets waiting for you at the Concert Hall box office window. If it's truly last minute, just stop by the box office before the show and we'll take care of you.
Season Ticket Holder Exchanges
Don't miss a show! If a conflict comes up in your schedule and you are not able to attend your normally scheduled night, but would be able to attend the same show on a different night, please feel free to do a season ticket holder exchange. Exchanges are simple and just require you to stop by or mail in your completed Exchange Form with your tickets. Please review the exchange form for detailed information.
Exchanges need to be completed one week prior to each shows arrival.
