Education & Outreach - Field Trips
Each year Broadway Theatre League, our sponsors, and individual contributors like you donate thousands of dollars to help student groups see our shows at a deeply discounted price. By doing so, BTL hopes to assist teachers in developing students who will have a lifelong appreciation for theatre, music and dance.
Outreach Education Program
$15 Student Tickets
Funding is limited but the process is simple! Groups of 20 or more can request funding for our Broadway shows. Outreach tickets go on sale when school is back in session in the fall. Please don't delay in reserving your student tickets for the entire season! Funding is limited each year and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Outreach funding is available to school groups of 20 students or more.
Students $15.00 - Student tickets will be stamped "Student Only"
Educators $15.00 - One educator ticket for every 20 students

Junior Series Program
$5.00 Student Tickets
Our Junior Series programming is specifically geared towards celebrating the young mind and bringing theatre to a younger audience who may not be ready to attend our Broadway shows. These professional touring productions will take students and families on an entertaining, educational and culturally diverse trip that’s sure to please!!
Students are our priority! Our goal is to fill our concert hall with the maximum number of students possible! In order to accomplish this we must enforce a student to adult ratio of 10:1. All Junior Series student performances are affordably priced at $5.00 per seat! These shows sell out fast, so don't delay in reserving seats. Groups of 20 or more students accepted.
If you are unable to attend as a group, please remember we also have our regular nighttime performances.

Performances are in the VBC Concert Hall and are approximately one hour long.
Seating is first come, first serve, and generally each school will be seated in the order they arrive.
Student Rush Program
$15 At-the-Door Student Tickets
Rush tickets are provided to help students who may not be lucky enough to have a teacher or school involved in drama and our Outreach Education Program.
Student Rush tickets are $15.00 balcony seats and will be sold at the box office before each performance to students with a current Student ID. Rush tickets are limited to 30 students per performance. Sign in available one hour prior to selected performances and seats are first come, first serve.
What you need to know:
Arrive early: Sign up is one hour before each show.
Only 30 students per show. NO EXCEPTIONS
Bring cash: Tickets are $15.00 CASH. Credit cards will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS
One ticket: Each student who wants a ticket needs to buy it him/herself. NO EXCEPTIONS
Have ID: Students must have a valid Student ID or proof of age. NO EXCEPTIONS

Rush shows may be updated at the last minute. Please check on day of performance for any changes or restrictions.
